What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Hip Joint?
I am diagnosed ostheo arthritic and have been suffering pain in my left lower abdomen which I put down to a hip joint that needs attention. The pain moves from left - ovary area - up to my left hip and around to my lower back. Now I also have a rash which occurs on my thighs and around my waist. It has been very hot I have also developed a headache all down the left side of my face eye, ear, neck and sinus.

The pain lower abdomen radiating to lower back can be associated with underlying gravels or calculus in the urinary system.
It is recommended to undertake a CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis for further workup and way to cure.
