What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Irritation In The Bladder?

Yes, I have lower abdomen & back achiness, mild irritated bladder feeling with no fever. Just thought I d check UTI stick test, it just showed positive for leukocytes. I usually get a bladder infection once a year, it always starts with pain when I urinate, which I don t have. Could this be something else?

Hello,

Most probably it will be due to urinary tract infection or cystitis.

Consult a physician and get a urine culture done. You have to start on antibiotics according to the culture study. Nothing much to worry as the condition improve with timely antibiotics.
