What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Lower Back?

I m having pain in my right lower abdomen and right lower back that radiates down my leg at times and is very uncomfortable at night...not eleviated by 600mg of ibuprofen. Visited my gynecologist yesterday, diagnosed with a yeast infection, but did not check urine. Everything else checked out fine. Have had a hysterectomy, but still have right ovary . Any suggestions?
