General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The pain in lower abdomen and rectum can be related to colon colic related spasms, constipation or else.

A detailed clinical examination with per rectal evaluation, proctoscopy with or without colonoscopy are the primary need of the case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
