What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen, Back And Neck?

Hi . I am 46 and have had alot of pain in the abdomen,lower back, and neck for a couple of months. I havnt had my period for 2 months now and they have found a 4.8cm by 4cm septated cyst in my right ovary. could the cyst be cancerous? I am booked in for a CT scan after getting the results from the pelvic ultrasound.

If you don't have complaints of low HB , wt loss, ... Loss of appetite. Then most probably its not cancerous.
Though ct scan and tIssue studies will confirm it
