What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side?

I ve been having lower left abdomanal pain for a few days. There s no blood in my stool- doesnt hurt to pee (but I wake up in pain to pee). It aches all the time/ hurts to inhale. All of this has happened and gone away- but It s starting to happen more fequently. The day it started again, I had shooting pain up my bladder/ and or cervix- I couldn t tell. I couldn t sit without the pain and any movement (uncrossing my legs) made it worse. I also couldnt breath deep. From then it s been 3 days with a constant ache in the lower left side. Any clue? I can t call the doctor until Monday because the office is closed.
