General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history and understood your concerns.
Colonoscopy one month ago but report is not attached hence difficult to comment. Well, the severe pain in right lower abdomen followed by dull ache in spite of pain medicines indicate the commonest causes as follows:
Colitis, typhilits or any other inflammatory problems like lymph node mass.
If you are females then Salpingitis, ovarian pathology can be thought of as a cause.
Right ureteric stone with hydroureter can be another cause.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and proper investigations like Ultrasonography of the abdomen, tests of stool, blood and urine.
CT scan of the whole abdomen is many a times diagnostic.
Colonoscopy may be repeated if colonic pathology is expected.
The treatment obviously depends upon the exact diagnosis thus made.
