What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen, Pelvis And Back?

I have had off and on pain that changes from dull, sharp, and constant in my lower abdomen, pelvis, groin, and both sides of my back. I don t have any medical problems that I know of besides this. I always feel like I have to urinate even after using the restroom. Walking makes it better sometimes. I am always in discomfort. I checked my sugar today and it was 109.

Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms might be due to Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor.
Following investigations can be helpful:-
1. Urine examination (Routine/Microscopic and Culture/Sensitivity).
2. Compete Blood Count (CBC).
3. Ultrsound of abdomen.
Drink lots of water daily.
Reports of the above mentioned investigations along with the clinical evaluation by your doctor will help in planning further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Regards. Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
