Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Abdominal pain in pregnancy is not a symptom to take lightly as it may reveal a medical condition that may put both your life and that of your baby at stake.Possible causes may include:
-UTI in pregnancy
-Malaria
-Threatened premature birth
-Braxton Hick contractions.
I will suggest you see your OBGYN for evaluation and work-ups.You may need test like an obstetrical ultrasound, urinalysis, malaria test, vaginal swap smear test.If no cause identified, then we can conclude at Braxton Hicks contractions which are common in late pregnancy. If any cause identified, an etiologic treatment will be prescribed. You may however take an anti-spasmodic like spafon for the pains.
Hope this will help you
Best regards
