What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

Since yesterday, I have been experiencing lower abdominal pain and I guess it would be pressure in the rectum area. It is uncomfortable when I first sit. I am also sick to my stomach. The pain has eased up this afternoon but it was worse this morning. Is this something that can wait for Monday?

Hello,

The pressure in the anal area is probably due to hemorrhoids.

I suggest you use anti hemorrhoids cream.

I also recommend soaking in warm water for 15 minutes for relief.

Eat healthily and avoid constipation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
