What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

Need help to guide me to the proper doc, I am 49 yr male with pain started about 1 so ago in lower left below stomach, pain when I cough or move wrong, swear if I was a girl it would be in ovaries on left side hurts only in that spot, is it infection or something?, getting worse. Scared! Do I go to emergency room or wait till morning & try a clinic, have not had sex at all in last 4 yrs, not much sex drive., could it be prostate or urinary tract infection from taking a bath? Cannot tell anyone as no one cares, don t wanna die either. Feels like next to my leg but Up a little from my Johnson, lymphoid area maybe or close to it. Scared shitless!

Hi,

Prostatitis, diverticulitis, infection from epididymitis and other things like parasitic infections.

I suggest you visit the nearby hospital as early as possible. Though I feel it is prostatitis or parasitic infections your history is incomplete.

If you can tell whether you have any problem with urination then I can arrive at a conclusion and do tell me if you feel pain in the back region.
