What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

I am suffering from abdominal pain. Also the right side of my back (inline with my lower abdominal) is very painful when i walked or stand for a very long time following my right leg to go numb with tingling pins. Now the pain is travelling up to my stomach with bloating feeling.

low back pain more on standing and prolonged walking and feeling tingling and numbness of your right leg, seems we need to rule out lumbar radiculopathy by an MRI LUMBAR SPINE. also to adress about your abdominal pain I need more info regarding your bowel and bladder movements.
