What Causes Pain In The Lower Abodmen On The Right Side?

I have had a long history of female problems. I ve had a hysterectomy but still have ovaries. I have had severe lower back pain that has moved into my right side and lower abdomen. Ovarian cyst has been ruled as has kidney infection, uti etc. I ve had several tests run for female issues and all looks fine. Any ideas?

Hello,

You should get assessed for back pain. Please undergo MRI lumbar spine or X-ray lumbar spine. Maintain proper posture while sitting, standing and sleeping.
