What Causes Pain In The Lower Back After A Groin Angiography?

I had left groin angiography and a Stent was placed.when I woke up I had real bad pain in lower back side to side to my but.hurts to sit,lay down and to get up afterwards on both..I was fine going in ,once in procedure room I got extremely cold.that s all I know happened..2 days ago

* Seems possible muscle spasm related issue from particular posture for a long period of time.
* Analgesic with muscle relaxant properties will cure the issue soon.
