What Causes Pain In The Lower Back After Taking Z-Pak?
I went to the dr. Yesterday and I have strep and upper respiratory, I took the first two zpack pills yesterday morning but when I woke up today my lower back hurts almost like where u would get an epidural also when I breath my back hurts over my right lung like crackleing in the muscle do I need to go back in I feel worse today but have only taken two days of antibiotics

In my opinion your symptoms are not related to the use of the Z-pack.
I suggest you to go for a check up at your physician.
Meanwhile, I suggest you to use anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen three times a day for the pain.
