What Causes Pain In The Lower Back Along With Headache And Fatigue?
I think I have endometriosis, but all my tests are coming back with no results. I feel that doctors are dismissing me. I have only done an ultrasound, blood work and a urination test. I have bad pain on both sides of my lower abdomen, back pain, headaches, nausea, and fatigue. I have heavy irregular painful periods. Along with this pain while I am not on my period. I also am experiencing inner vaginal pain.

Listening to your symptoms it seems like endometriosis.
I think you should do a hysteroscopy too. Take anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or Ponstan for pain. Also using oral contraception pills can help you cope with pain.
