Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have pain in the lower back abdominal area, bloating in the stomach, difficulty breathing. I don t think it s the kidneys and there is no sign of UTI, no blood, no gas pain....It has occurred the last two days, mostly in the afternoon to early evening. After sleeping through the night the pain has subsided, enough that a doctor appt. doesn t seem warranted...
Your symptoms seem to be related to irritable bowel syndrome. I would suggest:
- taking daily probiotics
- drinking liquids
- eating fiber rich diet
- taking Simethicone medications in case of bloating
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
General & Family Physician
