What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Buttocks While Sitting?

hi. I have a pain in my lower back/upper butt area. it s a sharp pain when I sit down. nothing hurts when touching. only when I sit. I ve had it for a long time. (can t recall if it was from a fall or not). not sure if it could be a broke tail bone or pinched nerve. lately it s been hurting more. thoughts??

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the injury then it need to be investigated for any serious injury or damage, if you want to clear the doubt of tail bone fracture then better to get done the x-ray, hope this information helps, take care.
