What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Buttocks?
at night i can hardly get out of bed and walk the pain in my saddle area of my lower back buttocks. is terrible. I was told I may have arthritis there? once I take a hot shower in the morning and move the pain will lessen however sitting at the office during the day makes it worse.

it can be arthritis or lumbosacral spondylosis causing compression of nerve that supplies the saddle area of back.
we need to work up for it
blood tests like complete blood count, blood uric acid, blood sugar, RAF,CRP, X ray lower spine.
till then you can try table ibugesic for pain.
kindly let us know the reports or cnosult your doctor personally with the reports.
