What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Discomfort In The Chest Area

I have discomfort that seems to be only in the right side of my body, from lower back pain that radiates down my right leg, discomfort in the chest area that radiates to my back, sometimes neck discomfort and teeth on edge, all on the right side even my right breast feels sensitive (I am female)....am getting concerned that its something serious. I had my Gallbladder removed about 2 years ago, maybe this has something to do with it.
