What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Frequent Urination?

hi. well I am at my office, and having pain, I am pretty sure I m having a UTI. lower back right side pain now burning,and frequency of having to go to the bathroom. I am going to the hospital, the ED, since urgent care place may not be able to help, they told me, in case blood work. my concern is; I have only 1kidney left.

As per your complain you have problem of lower back pain and burning sensation while urination that may be because of kidney infection or uti or other reasons.
Blood test and urine test with microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
Consult a urologist for further diagnosis.
If infection is present than start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion..
Start a treatment as per reason behind it..
