What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Hips?

I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I have generalized pain but specially my lower back and hips. my doctor says it s due to high stressof several years. I became vegan about a year ago, right around this time it s when I started feeling more and more pain. My labs are excellent and I m not deficient in anything. Could this have anything to do with my pain?

dear
Although you have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia,we have to also rule out the neural pain in back aswell.
It is good that all the blood reports are normal.
please be assured that the food habits has nothing to do with the pain.If I would have been ypur treating doctor I would like to examine and investigate for any nerve compression in back due to postural effects may be.
So please concentrate more on a physical exercise, have a balance diet with more fibre, fruits, protein and fluids.
For a persisting pain this time please have a x ray of back bone (LSSpine) done with a consultation.
Otherwise you are fit and fine,be happy
hope this helps
most welcome for further queries
