What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Legs?

I had lower back pain for a week that led to leg pain, leg muscle tightness and now pins and needles in my foot and I cannot stand on my tip toes or walk without a limp. I went to a chiropractor and he thinks its related to my back and a pinched nerve which caused muscles to be tight. Any insight please?

Hi,

The symptoms as you present suggest it is a case of nerve disorder. Feeling sensations like needles are due to neuropathy. This disorder can be from nerve compression or trauma.

You are suggested to report to a nearby hospital and get yourself fully examined by a neurologist. You may be asked for radiographic tests and accordingly treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
