What Causes Pain In The Lower Back During Pregnancy?

I m 8 weeks pregnant. I haven t had my first prenatal appointment yet. Wednesday I started having mild lower back pain. Sat I started having mild cramping & spotting along with severe lower back pain. Today I ve had alot of cramping & started having heavy bleeding. Am I having a miscarriage & should I go to the ER?

Abdominal cramps with heavy vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy could be a miscarriage or pregnancy complications like ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy....I will suggest you go to the ER immediately for evaluation and a pelvic ultrasound.
