What Causes Pain In The Lower Back On The Left Side?
5 days ago I stepped out of the shower and while standing I leaned over to the right just a bit to pick up a towel and felt a snap ot jolt of some sort and had immediate back pain in my lower left back area. the pain was the most intense the first 24 hours. I am able to walk on the Elyptical well with no problems but find walking labored a bit as if I am pulling to one side. The next day I had a deep tissue massage and did not have discomfort during the massage. Do any of these symptoms sound like common to on particular injury?
I think you just had a pulled muscle. It happened during overstretching muscles and your body was not prepared about this movement. I think you can just take Advil or aspirin for inflammation and pain. Also physiotherapy is necessary.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
