What Causes Pain In The Lower Back On The Left Side?
For a couple of days I ve had a pain in my left lower back (and maybe lower and in the buttocks area). It only hurts as I change positions but can be quite painful. At first I thought maybe I needed to turn my mattress over but It doesn t exactly feel like a muscle pain. If I press on it that makes it feel better.

Hi,
It looks like muscle cramp or spasm, it is not related to your bedding and can be treated properly.
You either take muscle relaxant with painkillers like ZERODOL MR twice daily for five days or you can consult your doctor and get a prescribed medication.
Meantime, you can warm massage it, that will help you to reduce further pain.
