What Causes Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side?
hi, I am having pain in my lower back over my right buttock about 5 inches from my waist, I have a good size knot or could be edema and the pain is radiating down the side of my leg into my upper calf , this has been going on since I drove for a long period of time on vacation, does this sound like a sciatica problem?

hi dear,
i understood your problem,
you r suffering intervertebral disc prolapse[ ie the tissue btw bone of back is prolapsing out from normal position] this prolapsed disc is compressing/irritating your leg nerves results in pain.
so,
better meat a orthopadecian for your consult and for better treatment for degree of disease.
for now,
take tab paracetmol 650mg bd for 5 days
tab rantac 150 mg bd for 5days
tab neurobion forte plus od for 30 day
