What Causes Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side?
When I lay on my right side at night I get severe pain and soar spot on my right toward back at the lower rib line. The paid will not allow me to sleep on that side or my back. my option is to turn on my left to fall asleep. The pain is soar by pressing when standing but otherwise is not a problem during the day. Occasionally when im getting the pain when laying down I get a slight burning sensation on the right front of my body. I have no blood in my stool or urine no fever evident and if I take a morphine pill that I have for a back problem the pain allows me to sleep but will still be evident, I have recently relocated and my insurance is not active so I am trying to self diagnose. I have in the past had a kidney stone and I take gout medicine daily along with meloxicam losartan 50 and a baby asprin daily.

The pain in right back side of the body below lower rib is the site of kidney location and you said a sore type of pain is seen in renal stones condition. You have a past history of kidney stones, as recurrence is common in kidney stones cases, so it may be due to stones in the right kidney. You are a patient of gout, this also says deposition of minerals is common in your body.
