What Causes Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side?
I have pain that starts in my lower right back, really bad at the top of my right leg, like in the joint, goes down my quad, running over to the outside of my right leg. Runs around my knee, and down the front of my shin to the top of my foot and top of my big toe and the one beside it. It feels hot and stabbing around my groin, deep and aching pretty much everywhere else. Sometimes it comes in spasms. My doctor first thought I had bursitis. He took xrays - my hip is getting bad, but not to the point of replacement yet. Any ideas?
Causes of pain in lower back are: • Sciatica, nerve root compression at lower lumbosacral spinal region from spondylosis, disc prolapse, disc compression, fracture vertebrae, spinal tumors, tuberculosis, metastasis • Hip conditions as arthritis, avascular necrosis of femur head, and others • Nerve entrapment following past replacement surgery of hip
