What Causes Pain In The Lower Back Radiating To The Leg?

yesterday I bent down and felt a pain in my lower back and it went into my right leg. today i can sit with no pain and lay down with no pain. some pain standing but when i walk i have pain. am 60 healthy and active Could this be a strained muscle? If so, what would recommend i do as far as treatment goes. thank you

Yes, maybe a muscle strain. You said pain while bending, we have to rule out sciatica. Consult your doctor. You can try this medicine. Tab.Myospas D 1 bid after food.
