What Causes Pain In The Lower Back Radiating To The Right Leg?

I have a dull pain in my lower back constantly, sometimes I can t even stand up straight. The pain will tighten up real hard and when it finally releases, it radiates down my right leg into my foot. My testicles have started hurting some, mainly on my right side as well. Doesn t hurt to urinate or ejaculate at all. Just a pain.

Hi,

This can be due to the presence of renal calculi or stones in kidneys. Pain from kidney disorder radiates to back on the same side, legs, thigh and testicles even. It can also cause painful urination and sometimes bleeding in the urine.

You need to do an ultrasound and other tests after case history and examination. I suggest you first get clinically seen by a physician after that treatment will be accordingly initiated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
