What Causes Pain In The Lower Back, Stomach And Hips?

I have pain across my lower back, stomach, both hips ( I have had back issues ...have been told also that I have some arthritis. This aching in my stomach is constant and I have experienced a sharp pain on my left side periodically. I am 75 yrs old weigh 150 lbs. I have had an ultra sound and also recently a colonoscopy. both okay excsept for a fatty liver (my Dr. said it is not uncommom. Any thoughts

Hi,

I understand your concern. Your back & hip pain seems to be due to arthritis you are suffering from. Pain in stomach could be acidity secondary to pain medicines you take/some other digestive problem.
