What Causes Pain In The Lower Back?

I am having pain in my back. Lower middle back. Have had this pain for one week. Hard to get up out of a sitting position. Bending, lifting it all hurts. I ve taken 800 ibuprofen doesn t help. I m a person who goes to the bathroom 2-3 times a day. Since my back has been hurting I go maybe every three day once. It hard to go. I drink cranberry juice and water but when I drink water I have no control . Can t make it to the bathroom on time.

many issues can cause low back pain but since you have presenting Symptoms of difficulty in passing urine please get an ultrasound of the.pelvis done
