What Causes Pain In The Lower Back?

my back pain is just below the waist. I have always had a bad back I worked in a school cafetera for years, moved furniture, did things and lifted things that I knew was wrong. The biggest problem is I cannot stand say washing dishes, putting cloths in washer, any bending, walking for any length of time unless I use a cart. I had a mri done and my general dr. said all she could see was arthrise. I am VERY over weight but I can t walk because of pain, I can not sit for any length of time, so how do I lose the weight so I can have something done! About the only why I can loose weight is to cut my throat!! I firmly believe my problem with food is like an addict with dope. Please help me what can I do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

First use lumbosacral belt.
For loosing weight first start iron syrup, then increase protein and fiber diet intake and after that, reduce carbohydrate diet.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Arya,
