What Causes Pain In The Lower Back?

K so I had done meth for the 1st time 4 years ago and the 1st two years I smoked or snorted it but for about the last year and a half I have been shooting up and I have had that sorta pain in my left lower back and but area and until just recently it has been hurting much more and is really inconveniencing me now and I just want to know all and any things I can do to kinda self treat the meth damage because I know it s hurting organs and probably causing infection or dead tissue so what things can I drink, eat or take that are healthy and nutritious and have I munities and pro biotics because I know how meth makes a body run about 2-3 steps faster and harder and also is harmfull too and I have had some noticable difference when I do this but will it help to drink/eat about double or close to triple what I normally do because my body is needing that much more due to working double the speed with twice as much less sleep and nutrients???. ..also can u tell me on like a scale of pain as bad as a person hitting Urself in the leg as hard as u can being 10 to pinching ur self on the leg 3/4 as hard as you can being 1 what # of pain would I have in the groin area if I m going to die soon cuz I have real! Bad pain sometimes and I just don t bring it up but I think it s noticable that it s makin me ? uncomfortable

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It could be due to spine related problems.

Consult an orthopedician and get an MRI scan done.

As of now, analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol can be tried for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
