What Causes Pain In The Lower Extremities?

For the past couple of days my lower extremities have been aching me. It hurts to walk sometimes. It s a deep type of ache/pain. I recently (about 3 months ago) switched from a job where most of my day is standing to a job where I do a lot of walking. Advise?

The possible cause for the pain may be is
physical stress or sprain and strain of the muscle.
standing on feet for long time may cause strain and pull on your leg muscle. there may be some other reason also but as you have mentioned that you are standing for a long so the it can be correlated to that.
So first of all i would suggest you to avoid standing for long hours.
massage the legs with regular interval to maintain proper circulation of blood. exercise will help you to heal the injury.
this will help you to get ride of the complain.
