What Causes Pain In The Lower Leg And Urinary Incontinence?

hello, I was wondering about my mother, she has lower leg pain and noticed she urinated on herself in the middle of the night, her leg has been bothering her, more when she flies, which is at least once a month.. what is causing this and she is worried why she urinated on herself?

Urinating on oneself may be seen with urinary incontinence. Pain in the lower leg may be seen with an infection, injury, or swelling.

This can cause some toxins to be released and this may cause swelling. Usually, icing the area can be useful for the pain and the swelling. Raising the leg may reduce the swelling as well.
