What Causes Pain In The Lower Pelvic Area And Vagina?

I m having very bad pain in my lower pelvis area and vagina area with blood in my urine but no bacteria or infection. Also I m having excessive urination. This has been going on since oct 2016. I was given an ultrasound of the bladder and a scope of the bladder. Both found no problems. I m 53. I had cervical cancer at 22 yrs old resulting in a full hysterectomy. Any ideas?

Hello,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist you can consult a gynaecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan to rule out conditions like the pelvic collection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
