What Causes Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen?

I had pain in my lower right side. I had ct scan and blood work. No appendix or kidney problems showed. I have been sweating profusely in extreme heat conditions. I am a very active 71 year old. On my feet for at least 8 hours a day. In good health and take no medicine. Could I be dehydrated. I thought I had been drinking a lot but maybe not.

Hi welcome to health care magic...

Your complain is lower right side pain...

Your CT scan report and blood report is normal so here no need to worry about any organic causes...

As sweating history is more check your serum sodium, pottasium and calcium level...
If deficiency than corrected accordingly..

If they are normal than pain could be simple muscular pain...
For which ibuprofen can be given...

Hot compress can be applied....

Take care....

Advise : Consult physician for examination
and further work up according to need
