What Causes Pain In The Lower Right Side Of The Abdomen?

I have pain on the lower right side of where my is. My cousin said it may not be my appendix because i can still jump. Im thinking that i might have another cyst growing in my ovaries.... i previously had one not too long ago. I dont know what it is or what i should do.

As per your history is concerned now you have lower abdominal pain .So lower abdominal pain has many causes so to ruled out most common pathology do an Ultrasound scan and your stool exam.Not all pains are not due to appendicitis or ovarian cysts .Thanks
