What Causes Pain In The Mid Of The Rib Cage With Light Headedness?

Hi i am having pain in the middle of my rib cage and i feel dizzie and light headed. I also feel like i am going to throw up and have to go the bathroom about 4 times a day! It has been like this for about 4 days now and i feel like i just want to sleep.
