What Causes Pain In The Middle Bottom Of The Chest?

hi I am having some problem like pain at middle bottom part of the chest when I press it. I found this before a yesterday. May be some bone enlarge or something like that. its not paining but when i press i feel it. Is there any measure problem?? Will it covered automatically or which medicine i need to take

Thanks for your question on HCM. I don't think it is a major probldm. But in chest pain we have to rule out cardiac and pulmonary causes first.
So I advice you to get done
1. ECG to rule out cardiac cause.
2. Chest x ray to rule out pulmonary cause.
If both of the above are normal than it must be musculoskeletal pain. So take simple painkillers and muscle relaxant. You will be alright by this. No need to worry.
