What Causes Pain In The Middle Of The Chest?

I have pain like a gas bubble or something in my middle chest and does not change with movement or lying on either side. I feel like it s hard to take a deep breath I am on coumadin for Factor 5 blood disorder and have a vena cava umbrella in because of a brain anyorism that burst and bled in my brain. I have had clots in my lungs before but.... I just don t know if it s like gas bubble or not.... I no longer have an email

As you explain the history it might be from the gastric reflux this pain. Try Omeprazole and see how it will be the pain.
