What Causes Pain In The Middle Of Upper Stomach Along With Nausea?

I have pain in the middle of my upper stomach. I have nausea. If I bend over it really makes me sick and I have dry heaves. My stomach becomes distended and I feel like I am going to pop. It is not like being bloated with gas. I have had 2 endoscopes and 2 CT scans. They can t find anything. I have had to quit work because of the pain and nausea.

Hi,

Noted the history of pain in upper abdomen, nausea, feeling of distension, feeling of being pop, 2 endoscopy and CT scan of abdomen are normal.
Since the Endoscopy and CT scan of abdomen following are the reasons which I can think of.
IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome if further tests of blood, stool and anything else are normal then this may be treated as IBS.
Control of stress and anxiety are very important.
Also get Barium swallow, meal and follow through to find anything functional.
Get a second opinion of another Gastroenterologist and better with the General Surgeon with GI Surgery exposure.
It is possible to find a specific cause and thence have appropriate further management.
