What Causes Pain In The Muscles And Joints?

my muscles and joints in my neck, shoulders, upper middle and lower back feel stiff all the time and when i touch or rub my neck and area between my shoulders i hear a crackling sound audible only tome. not like the sound when you pop your neck, more like tiny bubbles popping. i also hear a grinding noise when i tun my head. when the pain and stiffness are present, i can rub my hand over the areas and feel and hear the grinding and crackling noise, simply by rubbing the area without turning my head, i can feel and hear these sounds but no one else hears the noises. i feel like my neck and entire back needs to pop like it would when a chiropractor makes an adjustment

Hello,

Lupus arthritis causes pain, stiffness, swelling, tenderness, and warmth in your joints. The joints most often affected are the ones farthest from the middle of the body, such as fingers, wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, and toes. ... Muscle atrophy (wasting away of muscle strength) may occur if arthritis becomes chronic.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
