What Causes Pain In The Neck Along With Dizziness And Confusion?

I have been having some neck pain for bout 3 to 4 months and my family doctor told me she thought it was muscle spasms so she perscribed me some muscle relaxers. Well I started having spells everyday bout a month ago that consist of me having a weird feeling through my body followed by dizziness, confusion, off balance, ringing in my ears, pressure in my head, talking crazy stuff, and more. I am scared just want to know or get a second opinion cause my blood work came back normal?
