What Causes Pain In The Neck And Arms?

can I have pain in my neck, it almost feels muscular, that is causrf by denenerating cervical discs, and could the pain also be down my arm and into my fingers. What is the symptomatic difference between arthritis in shoulder and shoulder tears in either the cuff or the labrum/??

Yes, degenerative changes in the cervical spine can be manifested with pain in the neck radiating in the arm, forearm and hand. It can be differentiated from articular issues from this aforementioned distribution, sensation changes corresponding to affected nerves as well as altered reflexes.
