What Causes Pain In The Neck Lymph Nodes After Alcohol Consumption?

I do not drink alot of wine or alcohol. I have the odd glass once a week perhaps occasionally as many as two glasses a week. I have been having a sharp distracting pain in my neck located under my right ear possibly in my gland ten minutes into drinking the wine. I am 39, female, 5ft 5 , 155lb. I can not feel that my glands are swollen but have googled "pain in neck gland after alcohol" and gives me only one possibility which is hodgkins lymphoma. I have made an appointment to see my gp next Monday but obviously I am worried is there anything else it could be?
