What Causes Pain In The Neck, Shoulder And Behind The Eyes?

hi my neck and down my shoulder has been hurting for months nothing I do helps behind my right eye hurts down past my right ear in my neck and down my should it hurts to the point were I can t lay down on my right side of my head. to me when I feel my head my right side feels bigger than the right I have used petches to try to help and they just don t the pain makes it were I can t sleep I just took a whole bottle of aleve extra strenghth in th past week and they didn t help either so my madicaid card won t pay for them so now what should I do?
