Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my clinical experience, the sore nipples do indicate underlying hormone changes rather than sole indicator of pregnancy. I recommend to take an OC pill 2 times a day for 3 days and wait for 7 days till the menses arrive (provided UPT is confirmed negative).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
